My Story
I grew up in Italy and my love for pottery started when my grandmother gave me her set of pink bowls and plates (shown below). I have had many teachers through the years, Ki Cho at Echo Pottery, Gloria Martin at Barnsdall Art Center, and lots of practice….. I love throwing clay on a wheel because it’s visceral and soothing.
I make everything in small batches from my home in Silver Lake (Los Angeles) or at the Pottery studio in Highland Park. Each piece it’s one of a kind, made by hand, thrown on the wheel. Sizes might vary slightly, I also offer Custom Ordered series of hand thrown plates and mugs.
